When pvc pipe construction, pay special attention to the amount of glue. If it is in the closed space and the vulcanization agent in summer is relatively fast, it should be inserted immediately after the coating is completed. It should be kept for 30s after the plugging is completed. For each interval of 50 meters in the pvc pipe connection, a telescopic section or a live must be added. Set of heads. After the glue is used, the cap should be covered in time to prevent the glue from volatilizing when the temperature is high, and the adhesion effect will be affected when used again.

When the pvc pipe is finished, it should be backfilled in time to prevent the collapse of the pipe trench from affecting normal construction and damage to the pipe body, causing unnecessary trouble. During summer backfilling, the rainwater must be compacted during the backfilling process to prevent voiding in the pipe trench, which will affect the pipe’s compressive capacity during the pressure-bearing process.

Before the pvc pipe is tested, the exhaust valve should be installed at the beginning, end and the highest point of the pipeline. The test pressure is preferably 500m. When pressure is applied, the pressure should be increased slowly and it should be continuously vented. When the required hydrostatic pressure is reached, it must be held at rest for 1 hour. The test water pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
